From the Runway to the Streets!

Hey FAB readers,
I've been looking at different house websites and fashion blogs, and I noticed that a major spring trend this year is long and frilly skirts! They come in so many different lengths, patterns, and colors. Below, you can see one of my favorite bloggers, Karla, rocking her long skirt real right! She is definitely trendalicious this Spring! I even bought one myself, and let me tell you: they are so comfortable!! Let's just say times are changing. No longer is the tight, hoochie, mini skirt the eye catcher. Fashion is changing to make girls more classy and respectable because the industry realizes that as we women walk into business world, medicine world, etc, we need not to drop jaws and increase heart rates with our "scandalous" outfits, but we need to simply make a statement...A bold one! So let's get it together ladies and grab one of these long skirts while they're hawt! See you next week FAB lovers :)

Must-Have Cosmetics Series: Eyeliners

How many times have you thought " Do I look like a panda with this black eyeliner?" Solution: For a softer look with black eyeliner, line the top of you eyelids close to your eyelashes and then create a dotted line at the bottom rim of your eye and then smuge lightly. This will soften your look. * Also, try gray eyeliner for a softer look. Recommendation: Stila Covertable Eyecolor in Slate

LFA Gentleman

The Beauty of Tailoring

Greetings Gentleman. I'm going to delve into the craft of tailoring and its spectacular effects on the overall appearance of a suit. As business students a suit should be highly regarded and cherished within ones closet. One should sport his suit with pride and confidence rather than view it as a business school burden. A major fashion flaw that is plaguing young business students is the awkward fit of their suits. Oversize trousers and extra long jacket sleeves are unbecoming and can dwarf its wearer. A jacket which is too wide can often appear as sloppy and unattractive. With the assist of an tailor ones suit can fit close to their body structure and draw admiration from many. A tailor can taper trousers and eliminate extra fabric from jackets allow your body type to be reflected more accurately. A man sporting a well tailored suit catches the eyes of woman and the envy of men. In general to tailor an article of clothing is inexpensive and can create a fantastic look which rival suits of top designer finest.

Remember gentleman, A little extra time into your appearance welcomes unimaginable spoils.
Keep those ties knotted and shoes polished until next time.
